Naming our Princess...

It was quite difficult giving our princess a name.  It seemed like every name I liked, Tim did not- and vice versa.  Finally, after about 24 weeks a name struck us both:

Eden Mae

It didn't take long to become official, and the boys have even started using her name.  She seems to be growing like a weed in there!

 We took it down last weekend and started working in her room.  There will be a new post with her name on the wall in the next few weeks :) 

I got to have an ultrasound of Eden this week.  Here are some of the pictures:

The ultrasound tech said she was measuring almost 3 pounds, so right on track!  I also found out we'll be meeting our baby girl in April, yay!  I don't have a specific date yet, but I'll be sure to post it ;) 

Celebrating Valentines

The kiddos had a great time celebrating Valentine's Day at school.  They both came hone with bags full of cards and candy.  Brooks enjoyed choosing which Valentine he was giving to each person this year.  

Tim and I had a great time celebrating Valentines too.  We did paintings at Corkscrews & Canvas and had dinner at Thaicoon in Marietta.

Tim painted the H for our living room and I painted the E for the baby's room (see next post).

On Sunday morning we had heart shaped donuts and the kiddos carried around the monkeys all day.  They are still very attached (best $2 I ever spent)!

We did some shopping that afternoon (we are looking for new living room couches) and ate at Steak &Shake.

I'm so blessed with 3 special Valentines this year!

January Happenings...

Here are some of the events from January:

Brooks and his cousin, Maddox, had a blast sleeping over with O'ma and O'pa for the weekend!

Ramsey enjoyed the first snowfall with mom and dad:

And then there was Sisters Weekend!  The girls got together in Jasper while the boys and kiddos stayed in Acworth!

 

 

January was a great month, but we are hoping for a little more snowfall this winter.  Maybe February will bring some snow!
