Soccer Star

We just might have the next soccer star on our hands!  Brooks is proving to be quite the little soccer player.  He is not super motivated to play when we aren't there, but during a game he becomes very competitive.  In fact, we had to start urging him to pass the ball instead of always trying to score.  He is averaging about 3-4 scores per game.  The best part is the big, proud grin that spreads across his face after he scores.  I can tell he enjoys it!

He has had AMAZING support at his games- grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, cousins and more have come out to watch him.  Thank you to all of you that support my baby in his first sport! I'm sure we have many years ahead of us, but it means a lot to have y'all there!!

This is my favorite picture so far! He actually scores on this run, so determined!

Brooks also had a little experience swinging the baseball bat with his cousins on Easter.  I'm glad we started with soccer because we have a little work to do there :)

This momma is enjoying everything that comes along with playing sports so far.  Many of you would be proud-  I'm actually controlling my own competitive nature on the sidelines!

A Lovely Easter

We had a fabulous Easter this year.  The kiddos enjoyed many egg hunts, meeting the Easter bunny, and eating some yummy treats!
This picture must be documented because it might be the one and only picture so far where both boys are looking at the camera and smiling, mommy win!!
I got to attend both boys' Easter parties at school.  I loved seeing them in action!

The Easter bunny was very good to the boys this year!  They got books, bubbles, puzzles, silly putty, and candy!

Below may be our last family picture of 4!!

All cousins in 1 picture, another win! (We don't care if they are looking or smiling at this point, maybe in a few years).

The Nursery- for the last time :(

Eden's room is finally complete, thanks to her Daddy for raising the crib.  I really love how it turned out and can't wait to rock her in that room.  At the same time, it's a little sad to think about this being the last time I set up this nursery.  I have brought all of my babies home to this same room, so it has become very special to me.  I will have a hard time ever moving away from this space.

I made this little bow hanger last weekend, I love the way it turned out.  Although I did preface Tim that she will need another one as her bow collection grows :)
